Cool Britannia Invest is a trading name of Cool Britannia Developments Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (the “company”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us or ask for property information, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you complete one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, message us on WhatsApp, email us, or speak to us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the country you live in, and your answers to questions about your budget and timing. Meta also tells us which advert you responded to. We do not collect payment card details or identity documents through these channels.
How we use it
- To send you the price list, payment plan and unit information you asked for, by WhatsApp, email or phone.
- To answer your questions and keep in touch about that property and similar opportunities, unless you ask us to stop.
- To keep a record of our conversations so we can follow up properly.
- To measure which adverts work, using totals that do not identify you.
Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit a form or message us, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message or emailing us.
Who we share it with
If you decide to reserve a property, we pass the details needed for the reservation to the developer and to the parties handling the purchase, and we tell you before we do. We use service providers to run our messaging, email, forms and customer records; they process your information only on our instructions. We do not sell your information.
Some of the developers and service providers we work with are outside the United Kingdom, including in the United Arab Emirates. Where information leaves the UK we rely on the safeguards permitted under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and for longer only where a purchase went ahead and we need the records for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or ask us to stop marketing to you. Facebook and Instagram forms
When you use one of our instant forms, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited collects your information under its own data policy and shares it with us. Meta’s policy is at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
